May I contact your clients/vendors directly in order to update contact information with them or to be removed from their lists?
If you have received an invite to our surveys from our vendor survey panel contacts (i.e.; ePocrates, eRewards, etc.), please contact those vendors directly via the support information that they provide in the invitation emails and they will be able to assist you.
If the survey invite came directly from Escalent, we are unable to provide direct contact information for our clients to process mailing list updates or removals. We apologize for the inconvenience. In order to ensure the integrity of survey data collected, our clients request confidentiality in regard to all surveys we conduct for them.
